TUSKERS was founded in 2008 by Maj. R.K. Rao (Veteran). His 29 years of experience in the Indian Army helped him to acquire extensive knowledge of security, intelligence, and facility management.

He is a certified fire and safety expert with an MBA in HR from the Indian Institute of Material Management (IIMM). It is the vision of Maj Rao (veteran) that helped Tuskers to create milestones of success.

Mr. Sandeep Rao, is a graduate of Gujarat University and an MBA from the Army Institute of Management & Technology (AIMT). His Army schooling and NCC certifications shaped his character from an early age, forming discipline and integrity.

He has been a part of Tuskers since 2009, contributing to the expansion of the organization to a new level. He is a versatile, dynamic, and deeply motivated professional who strives for utmost perfection in every aspect of his life. He possesses the qualities of both worlds - deep knowledge of business domains and a disciplined approach as a soldier.

As a young and dynamic second-generation entrepreneur, Sandeep has contributed significantly to Tuskers becoming a leader in Security & Facility Management with his business knowledge and professionalism.
